Boise, Idaho: March 3rd, 2009: Nichia Corporation and Semi-Photonics Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SemiLEDs Corporation USA, have settled the patent case (Case No. Hei 19 (wa) 10399) before the Osaka District Court on March 3, 2009 and Semi-Photonics Co., Ltd. have withdrawn the above case as a result of the settlement.
